  • Candidates must have at least 12 months of full-time (or equivalent part-time) skilled work experience in Canada within the last three years.
  • Eligible occupations fall under NOC Skill Levels 0, A, or B, and the work must be paid.
  • Work experience is verified through employment letters, pay stubs, and contracts to ensure authenticity.
  • Language proficiency requirements vary by occupation:
    • CLB 7 for NOC 0 or A positions
    • CLB 5 for NOC B positions in English or French
